Apex jigger is made outof stainless steel of heavy gauge with structure of stainless steel. Tank has aunique design for reducing liquor ratio. All rollers including main rolls aremade from pipe with mild steel shaft inside. The side walls are also made upstainless steel. The main roll is driven through AC motor & controlled withAC drive.
